The book chronicles my four year journey through an online distance education school Walden University, the flagship school of Laureate Education, Inc in pursuit of a Ph.D. in health policy to capstone my education journey. What I encountered was an experience unlike any other in my educational studies; not in a good way. [...] It is not a scam per say, but most employers will not even consider it a degree. The university of Pheonix does not have a good reputation. Students: Has anyone had any personal experience with the Brenau Online University? especially the MBA? Opinions? Especially universities that promise 10-18 months. What kind of university is emerging from the widespread adoption of new information and communication technologies in teaching, research and administration? What is the nature and scale of the work required to put the university online? What are the consequences – for academics, students, managers and others – of putting the university online? [...] MBA in marketing/management/international business.If financial asistance offered,highly apreciated. I wanted to know about the fee structure also?please help. I have three different options to study an MBA. Could you tell me which one is the best option in terms of prestige and salary increase? I am enrolled with the university of liverpool online and the school is not on the list of federal schools. i tried for the whole year without success to finance my last stages of my MBA. I applied with Sallie mae who said they wanted a cosigner which i dont have. Any suggestions and help I did my MBA at LETU on ground and would agree that the interaction in class was a tremendous benefit. I have friends taking their MBA online and it seems to depend on the passion of the students in your course as to how much you learn from the material. |
