US News is not the list you want to look at (well, for any list of colleges, actually). Business Week has their own rankings of Business schools – they had an article on diploma mill online degrees two years ago (link below). They list some things to look out for – especially to look for that AACSB accredidation and to have a good reason for doing an MBA online as opposed to in person.
Try Tulane University in N.O. I believe this is a second tier school.
I am not sure about that but I think some universities offer MBA online
