check your local GNC, Vitaminshoppe, or Whole Foods Market Store, they carry good quality brands on both. vitamin E is available at grocery stores, walmart, etc.
You can buy vitamin e at almost any drugstore (CVS, Walgreens, etc). Not sure about sweet almond oil. I know that it is in some lotions and such but I don’t know where to buy the raw stuff.
