I go to pain management and recieve a script for Loratb, an anti-inflammatory, and muscle relaxer. I currently have no insurance and these DR. visits run $150 every month not including the cost of the meds. My doctor says the only way to fix my sore left rib (dislocated from offshore accident involving being slammed into the back of a boat while on a personnel basket- I work as a crane mechanic on offshore oil platforms) is surgery. I’m not against surgery, I’d love to get rid of my pain. But, there is no way my family could make through the period of time that it would take me to recover from surgery, I make excellent money, but we have alot of bills. Also my wife and I screwed up bad when we were young by not paying off Dr. bills and student loans, etc..So we are trying to fix our credit. There is no way possible for my wife to earn an income close to what I make, I make more money in the few hours while I’m driving to heliport and boat docks for a job than she can in a whole week. Back to my question, I have seen websites that offer my meds, at cheaper prices than what I pay at wal-greens, and it claims a prescription is not needed!! That would save us a ton of money until my insurance kicks in as I just switched to a new company (Energy Cranes- Slidell,LA service) and I still have 3 months to go til I get covered. I had insurance at my former employer, but it was over $600 a month, and wasn’t very good. I gave up that insurance august of last year and have been floating ever since, so even though Obama passed his new Cobra insurance laws, I do not qualify for it.
Are these pharmacies safe? Or will I recieve expired pills and put toxic crap inmy body?
